What does In-person Training look like?

This is the most valuable training Coach Tony has to offer where clients will be meeting in-person with him to train. Personalized training programs will be prescribed from him through the TrueCoach App in which clients will be able to access on their own time.

How does Virtual Online Training work?

Virtual Online Training does not have in-person sessions and is strictly online. Based on a client’s needs, Coach Tony will create a personalized training program for them to follow and track their progress throughout each week through the TrueCoach App. Coach Tony offers virtual, weekly 25-minute check-in sessions to keep accountable for what each client is in need of to be able to reach their goals.

What’s the difference between Hybrid Training and Virtual Online Training?

Hybrid Training has the same criteria as what Virtual Online Training offers but has a single in-person session for the month. Other weeks that the client and coach do not meet in-person are strictly for virtual 25-minute check-in sessions.

What is TrueCoach?

Once a new client has signed up, personalized training programs will be curated through this exclusive app for clients to utilize and access 24/7. Exercises can be viewed including instructional videos for clients who may need additional guidance or a refresher for exercises. Also, clients will be able to message their coach directly through this app for any personal training related questions and discussions.

What is MyFitnessPal?

All nutrition and dietary needs will be monitored through this free downloadable app. This is where clients will be able to log their meals and track their progress in reaching daily caloric needs in regards to their personalized training program, weight management, macronutrient tracking, and more.

How much does each training cost?

Program price rates vary depending on the length of time and frequency of sessions per week. Schedule a free consultation with Coach Tony to see what program works best for you!

How long is each session?

In-person sessions are each 55 minutes per session and virtual, online check-in sessions are 25 minutes per session.

What if I don’t know where to start?

What if I have pain in my back/ shoulder/ knee/ body. Is it still okay to train and workout?

It is important to note that Coach Tony is not a physical therapist or doctor to diagnose what you may have. However, it is best that you schedule a consultation so we can figure out what next steps to take.

Coach Tony has experience working in rehabilitation and has worked with clients that may have suffered with chronic pain who now have little to none! Essentially, he will work at the best of his abilities to demonstrate proper form among exercises to maintain safety and to eventually improve the client’s health while achieving their fitness goals!
