What is LEVELS?

LEVELS: Strength & Conditioning Class is hosted by Coach Tony

This class is open to the public and creates the lowest barrier of entry. Coach Tony introduces basic movement patterns; teaches effective exercises that include mobility, stability, strength, muscular endurance, stamina, agility, and explosiveness; and addresses solutions to common challenges that every dancer faces amongst the current dance lifestyle.
