The Catalyst For a Healthier Lifestyle

If you truly want support and not just motivation but sustainability that may get you to your end goal - whether that'd be getting to your dream bod, feeling you have more energy throughout the day, or being a hybrid athlete that could be able to do all the activities that you enjoy & love doing - then what I'm about to discuss on this week's newsletter is something you want to read through and ultimately, do before the year ends.

Can Group Training be a Catalyst for
a Healthier Lifestyle?

Although motivation can formulate our thoughts of getting into shape through action, it usually lasts a few weeks and then you'd typically fall back at square one. AND it's not just once but it becomes an endless cycle of random spark of motivation because you saw either an IG reel or Tik Tok of someone that looked like you and had similar goals but then you doubt yourself and realize you're not built like them.

So let's begin!

The Beauty of Group Training Classes

First off, you may be wondering what group training is. The thing is it's exactly what you think it is.

It's entirely working out within a number of people that can range from 3 to 20+ in one 30 to 50+ minute session.

Tbh, that's just the simplest way of explaining it but what I think it can benefit you - the individual that potentially has the capacity to become athletic, healthier, and the best version of themselves - is way more than that simple definition of it.

Here are the true reasons of why group training can be a catalyst to your best self:

It embodies community.

It creates connections.

It makes you feel not alone.

It keeps you going even when you feel like quitting.

It unlocks different versions & levels of you.

It drives new personal records.

and there's plenty more to that list...

In a journal or Notes App,

What do you think you would gain from group training classes?

Also if you've taken any in the past (i.e. Zumba, HIIT classes, Yoga, Spin, Pilates, etc.), what are your takeaways from those classes that you would recommend for someone that would be interested in going?

Updates with Levels Training

THANK YOU to those who have attended and put in work from the first of many Strength & Athletics class with my brothas Matt & Julian. Check their stuff out if you have not! (IG:@matthewralba & @coachrjulian)

They aren't only real good friends of mine but truly great coaches that I like to "pick their brain" and learn from. This has been in the works since the middle of summer and it's finally great to see it in fruition. Being able to see others connect and gain insight on health & wellness alongside each other was the highlight of the day and the energy in the room was contagious. You just had to be there.

With that being said, the next class will be on Sunday, October 27th! More details will come so SAVE THE DATE and we will see you then.

If you feel like you struggle on getting started with training or even workout during this time of year, there's no need to stress or worry when you have others looking out for you.
