Tony’s coaching style helped me hone in on what exactly was important to me in terms of fitness; even though improving my dance skills was a goal, I learned that maintaining a health regimen that fit within my busy schedule was the most important thing to me. The mind tricks and tools Tony taught me helped me stay on top of my workout schedule as much as I could. The biggest takeaway from the past year of training with Tony is that its better to do something than nothing at all, and that little efforts snowball into big results. I had zero exercise or weight-lifting experience prior to my training with Tony, but now I feel confident and knowledgeable when going into the gym.
I achieved my first push-up with Coach Tony; went from squatting with bad form and no weights to back-squatting my full bodyweight; easily winded in dance class to recovering my breath quickly; and began meal prepping!
