I'm grateful to Coach Tony for helping me prioritize not only my fitness goals but my overall health as well. Setting Goals to improve my lifestyle and see how it correlates to my physical well-being. He's really helped me with my confidence in lifting and going to the gym since I was so new and hesitant at first. I knew little to nothing about weight training but Coach Tony was really patient and encouraging each session. I've been skinny all my life and never thought I could gain any weight or even be consistent at working out. But each assessment/check-in I gain a few pounds and get a little stronger. Slowly but surely we gettin there!
