“In hope of bettering my overall health and wellness and staying consistent with my fitness, I sought out personal training with Coach Tony. Having known each other for quite some time and seeing other friends and peers embark on training journeys with Tony, I was confident that this would be a big step and building block in my own health and fitness path under his guidance.

Tony was huge in developing a program specific to me and my sporadic schedule as we focused on calisthenics and gradually increasing intensity and adding weight. Buying into this routine not only helped my day to day when it came to my work on production sets and video/photoshoots, but I also saw the results translate to how I approached my indoor climbing/bouldering and runs on the basketball court. Mindfulness, flexibility, and accountability altogether were important keys that I was able to sharpen through training.

This was my first experience ever with a personal trainer and as I move forward in my journey I know that I’ll continue to apply all the lessons and takeaways to the gym and the climbing walls and to my everyday.
